Children up to 5.99 years of age live in an additional bed (free of charge in the parents' room or apartment), one-time flat rate - € 25 per additional bed or cot

Final cleaning: the price depends on the size of the apartment and the number of people

Pets allowed: with consultation, a maximum of 1 animal per apartment.
Dogs allowed: with consultation, a maximum of 1 animal per apartment.
Another INFO: Dogs are not allowed in the beds or on the couch.
Price per day and dog from 7, - to 14, - € depending on the size of the animal.

Furnishing the apartments

​

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, electric stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, with dishwasher, dishes for 6 to 10 people, satellite TV and radio.

• Internet WLAN available in the house (sometimes limited, it depends on the current capacity)

• It is possible to use the in-house washing machine.

Free bicycles (from city bikes to 18-speed mountain bikes, bicycles for youngsters and bicycles for small children with training wheels), children's playground, children's paddling pool, table tennis, sunbathing lawn, garden with barbecue facilities, large public children's playground in town.

Playroom with seating area, table tennis table, electronic dart game, table football game, clothes drying room, ski boot warmer and ski storage room, free toboggan rental.

Means of payment

• Payment of the apartment:  by transfer to our account or in cash on the day of arrival

• We do not accept debit cards or credit cards

• Please pay for your stay on the day of arrival

• Ski passes: you can get the discounted multi-day ski pass with the guest card at the lift ticket office in Tröpolach

• Payment for ski passes at the lift ticket offices is possible in cash or by credit card

Cancellation conditions

Short-term cancellation possible at no cost - this applies to the 2021 season

Every now and then it happens that the long-awaited vacation cannot be commenced or can only be commenced with a delay due to special circumstances. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, early departure or no-show, our PLEASE: inform us in good time.

We do not charge a cancellation fee more than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. After that we will do our best to rent the apartment to others. If we do not manage to do this by YOUR arrival date, we will charge a cancellation fee

• 4 to 7 weeks before departure 40%

• up to 4 weeks before departure 60%

• 80% of the booked stay up to 7 days before departure

If you cancel within the last week before the planned arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price. In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival - late arrival or early departure, we have to charge you 100% of the travel price.

Cancellations are only valid in writing. Here you can get the  Cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung  to lock.

 

Arrival and departure
 

The apartment is available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival; on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate it by 10 a.m.  Provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations . We reserve the right to request a deposit.
